IT Project Services Lead

Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for the oversight of a small local team of Project Managers, and for directly managing projects of a high criticality or risk to the business. The candidate will need to possess leadership skills and both technical and project management skills to align business requirements to our standard service offerings and technology standards.

• Technology awareness of Microsoft windows, Oracle and Cisco equipment
• Understanding of fundamental technology principles such as MPLS, VPN, TCPIP, DNS and other core infrastructure and network technologies and standards.
• Successful team leadership skills.
• Be motivated, and able to work independently but fully aligned to an enterprise team.

Requirements:

• 5 – 7 years experience in IT preferably with a broad mix of project management and technology experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a team leadership role.
• Experience working within a global organization as part of an enterprise team.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be able to communicate ideas and thoughts to all levels within an organization.
• Being Microsoft, Cisco or PMI certified would be an advantage, but practical experience is required.
• Must be willing to work during European or American business hours
