Senior Database Analyst

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant experience as a DBA
• With hands on experience in handling Oracle 10g or Oracle Database Administration
• With hands on experience in handling MS SQL database administration
• With hands on experience in handling MySQL database administration
• Preferably has applied a methodology at the backend. Any Agile Methodology
• Ability to analyze business aspect of the operations to clarify the scope and vision of the project
• Knowledge and demonstrated capabilities of database concepts, theories and principles.
• Knowledge and capabilities of requirements analysis and solution design techniques.
• Knowledge and demonstrated capabilities of programming concepts, techniques and languages.

Responsibilities:

• Backup and restore of databases
• Creation of database server instance
• Creation of database for development
• Database server installation and maintenance
• Data model design
• Database optimization
• Assist developers in database related tasks and issues
